PREVENT FINE LINES AND WRINKLES
​​Botox® and Dysport® are FDA-approved injectable treatments designed to temporarily relax the facial muscles that cause fine lines and wrinkles. These popular neuromodulators smooth away expression lines on areas such as the forehead, crow’s feet, and frown lines, while also preventing new wrinkles from forming. In addition to their cosmetic benefits, Botox® and Dysport® are also used to treat medical conditions such as migraines, TMJ, and excessive sweating.
Before treatment, your provider will review your medical history and discuss any recent Botox® or Dysport® injections (within the past four months) as well as medications such as muscle relaxants, sleep aids, or allergy medications to ensure your safety.

DURING THE PROCEDURE
Treatment with Botox® and Dysport® is quick, comfortable, and minimally invasive. Using a very fine needle, your provider will inject small amounts of product directly into targeted facial muscles. The number of injections will depend on your unique treatment plan and the areas you want to improve.

AFTER THE PROCEDURE
Expect to resume your normal daily activities right after the procedure. Try not to rub or massage the treated areas. This may reduce the effectiveness of the product by causing it to migrate to other muscles. Patients can expect full effect two weeks after the treatment, however, most patients begin to see results within a few days. To maintain the effect, regular treatments are necessary every three to four months.
